Education has always been important to me, and my academic background includes degrees in education and organizational management. While working in Corporate America, I felt called to pursue more meaningful work, which led me to Worsham College of Mortuary Science and ultimately to funeral service.
After completing mortuary school, I gained experience with respected funeral homes in Chicago, learning from dedicated funeral directors and embalmers. That journey led to the founding of Trinity Memorial Funeral Services.
Today, Trinity Memorial Funeral Services is committed to serving families with respect, dignity, and compassion. We strive to provide meaningful, personalized funeral services while remaining attentive to the evolving needs of the families we serve. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you regarding Pre-Need, At-Need, and educational services.

I am proud to be a part of the Trinity Memorial Funeral Services team. As someone who has retired twice and has experience in customer relations, school administration, and running a successful daycare, I am dedicated to providing families with a positive experience. My strong interpersonal skills help me manage sensitive situations with grace and kindness. When families go through the loss of a loved one, ensuring their comfort and offering empathy is always my top priority, starting from our very first interaction. In this business, transparency and respect are essential values. We treat your family as our own.
Tondalaya Washington
Family Services /Life Insurance Specialist
I have had the true privilege of serving families with Trinity Memorial Funeral Services for more than ten years, walking alongside them during some of the most tender and difficult seasons of their lives. To be invited into moments of profound loss and deep grief is not something I take lightly—it is an honor rooted in trust, compassion, and responsibility. Each family’s story is unique, and being able to offer support, guidance, and a steady presence during such emotionally challenging times has shaped both my work and my heart. It is a calling that requires empathy, patience, and respect, and I remain deeply grateful for the opportunity to provide comfort, dignity, and care when families need it most. As a life insurance agent, I recognize the importance of having insurance as a priority rather than an option when it comes to end-of-life affairs. I am proud to work with families in need of basic life insurance, at-need-care, and pre-need services. We are here to serve in the capacity that is most needed.
Kiesha Graves
Family Services Associate
I grew up on the Westside of Chicago and graduated from Whitney Young High School in 1993. After that, I attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning my Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1998. Eager to continue learning, I studied Public Health at the University of Illinois Circle Campus in Chicago, focusing on Environmental and Occupational Health. Eventually, I discovered my passion for Nursing and went on to obtain my Master of Nursing with an emphasis on Healthcare Informatics.
With two decades in the managed care industry, I joined Trinity Memorial Funeral Service during the pandemic. Although I was no longer bedside as a nurse, I found that my nursing skills could still make a difference, even in death. Nurses are taught to approach every situation with compassion, empathy, and understanding qualities that are especially important when supporting families coping with loss. Whether through words or a simple comforting smile, being able to provide comfort gives me a deep sense of gratitude and accomplishment. I am truly thankful to work alongside the dedicated professionals at TMFS.

I have earned professional certifications through Northwestern Kellogg Executive Education, including attending the United Way Board Leadership Institute, as well as certifications in mental health services. At Trinity Memorial Funeral Service, I am honored to support families during their most challenging times with empathy, dignity, and prayer. I believe it is my calling to walk with those who are grieving, providing encouragement, care, and consistent support in moments of loss. Being a member of the Trinity Memorial team is especially meaningful to me due to our shared dedication to serving families with respect and heart-centered service.
A Funeral Director Who Cares
My parents instilled the importance of education at a young age. My formal education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, Training, and Development along with a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Management and Behavior. I always felt as if there was something more, I should be doing outside of Corporate America. The door of opportunity presented itself which lead me to enroll in Worsham College of Mortuary Science. My dream had always been to own a funeral home and serve those in the community during their most difficult and vulnerable time. After completing Mortuary School, I was fortunate to work for a number of prestigious funeral homes under the tutelage of some of the “Best” Funeral Directors and Embalmers (who invested their time in me so that I could further develop my craft) in Chicago. Out of determination and the need to serve grieving families in an impactful manner, Trinity Memorial Funeral Services was birthed. Over the years, I have served families who required the services of a funeral director in whom they could trust. I have been more than appreciative to serve these families with the utmost “Respect, Dignity, and Compassion”.
Trinity Memorial Funeral Services has gained a reputation for conducting business with grace and dignity while providing compassionate and caring services. Our staff treats client families as our own. We are a resource that families can trust to go the extra mile to make their most difficult process dignified, meaningful, and personal. When families choose Trinity Memorial, they know their expectations will not only be met, but exceeded. With our years of experience, our family knows just what it takes to leave a lasting impression on those we serve.
Over the years, there have been many advances in Science, Business, Technology, and Marketing; notably in the funeral service industry. With such advances, the need to stay abreast of these changes is necessary in order to continue to provide exceptional service to our client families. We are currently in an era where social media marketing and user-friendly websites increase the opportunity to reach a much broader audience than by word of mouth alone. These public use interactions will offer Trinity Memorial an opportunity to Educate, Inspire, and Attract families from near and afar.
This year as we move forward in achieving our #2020 Vision- The Trinity Memorial Staff welcomes the opportunity to serve your family. There is no limit of time spared in order to provide the professional and personalized services your family deserves. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you regarding Pre-Need, At-Need, and Educational Services within the funeral service industry. Should you desire to learn more about our offerings, I am available to meet with you or offer immediate information by email or phone.
